Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return. Items that are personalized or intimate may not qualify for returns due to health and customization reasons.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please contact our customer care team first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your item back. Returns without an RA number may be rejected.
After receiving and examining the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed back to your payment method promptly, with possible deductions for restocking fees, shipping, or applicable taxes.
